Welcome to Ripple Pilates, where we take pride in being a small studio dedicated to enhancing both physical and mental wellbeing through the power of movement and connection. Our intimate setting allows us to provide a supportive environment where each student receives personalised attention and care to ensure you are moving in a safe and efficient way. With a maximum of five participants in each class, our focus is on individualised instruction to ensure that everyone achieves optimal results leading to better physical outcomes and also contributing to injury recovery, sports performance, good posture and improved quality of life. It doesn't matter if you are a complete beginner or a seasoned pilates expert, you are guaranteed to see the benefits.

Studio Pilates

45 mins

Studio Pilates is suitable for people of all fitness levels, and can be modified to accommodate injuries or physical limitations. Whether you are looking to improve your athletic performance, manage a chronic condition, or simply feel better in your body, Studio Pilates can be a valuable addition to your fitness routine. These classes are taught on reformers with a half trapeze and is suitable for beginners and pre/post natal clients.

Mixed  Equipment Circuit

45 mins

Mixed Equipment is a Pilates-based circuit class that leverages various apparatus to challenge the body and mind. Clients rotate through 4-5 stations, each with a distinct anatomical focus, spending a set duration at each station. The mixed equipment used include; reformers, spine corrector, full trapeze, Wunda chair, mat, jump-boards, barre as well as various small equipment.

These classes are suitable for those who are already practicing pilates and are confident in the foundations. 

* Not suitable for beginners or pre/post natal clients.

Private 

45mins

Private classes are also available providing a unique tailored program crafted to suit your body and goals. Great for first timers or those just wanting that individualised experience. Private classes are 1:1 and cost $75 for 45mins. We Also offer private group classes for 2, 3 and 4 clients..

Train With the Best

Hi there, my name is Keely and I am a certified Pilates instructor with a background in intensive care nursing and ballet. I discovered Pilates while training as a ballet dancer and fell in love with the practice for its ability to improve strength, flexibility, and overall physical function.

As a Pilates instructor, I bring a unique perspective to my teaching, combining my knowledge of anatomy and physiology from my nursing background with the grace and precision of ballet. I specialise in creating programs that are challenging yet accessible, and that help my clients achieve their fitness goals while also building their confidence and self-esteem. Whether you are a beginner or an elite athlete, I am committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals and unlock your full potential.
